Johnson City - 91.55 Acre Residential Development
The developers have acquired and subdivided the land for the build of single-family homes. The goal of the project is to build and sell the lots to single-family builders.
The sponsor will start horizontal development that includes but is not limited to, clearing the site, utilities distribution, building roads and getting over 200 lots market ready.
Johnson City is a Hill Country town just an hour from Austin Downtown - - a presidential hometown of renowned history, dramatic natural beauty, time-honored traditions and creative innovations.

EB-5 Process and Timeline
The EB-5 visa process, like any other visa process, consists of multiple steps to get approved. As an applicant, the more familiar you are with this process, the better the outcome will be.
You should also consult with an immigration attorney to understand these basic steps and procedures.

Determine eligibility, project and source of funds (30-60 days)
Select Legacy Capital as your project and work with an immigration attorney to verify the legality of the source of funds. Initiate the transfer of funds ($800,000, total or installments).

File I-526 and wait for interviews (16-24 months)
File the I-526 application with USCIS and wait for approval. You can also do concurrent filing for EAD, AP and Adjustment of status with I-526.
[If you are in the US] File I-485 Petition for the change of status.
[If you are outside the US] File DS-260 Petition for the change of status and complete the consulate interview.

Welcome to USA on Conditional Green Card! (2 years)
During these 2 years, you can reside anywhere in the US and achieve your goals while Legacy Capital works on the project.

File I-829 for removal of conditions (6-12 months)
As the final step to remove the conditions on your green card, file the I-829 Petition and wait for approval.

Return of Principal from Legacy Capital (6-12 months)
Once your Permanent Green Card is issued, Legacy Capital will initiate the process of returning your principal amount back to you.
06
Apply for US Citizenship (3 years)
3 years after obtaining your Permanent Green Card, you can apply to be a US Citizen.
